Big O Tires

They didn't put the right amount of air in my tires, they didn't offer any other services for my tires, they didn't give me the break down of what they did to my tires like Discount Tires does. I wasn't happy at all with the service.

We had a great experience at this Big O Tires! My mothers car has had issues these past couple weeks and we are recurring customers. Tanner was so kind as the counter and let us know all of the steps to fix her car. He even let us borrow a spare tire while hers was being ordered in. We had a coupon we forgot about, went back to the counter and he applied it to our receipt. Great customer service! We recommend this Big O Tires to everyone we know

A year ago I went to the Cottonwood heights store because I needed 2 new tires for the front of my SUV. I specifically asked for All weather tires (so I could have better traction in the winter, but keep them on all year round. I need 2 tires for the rear now. I called this morning and they don't have the tire and size in stock. I have today and tomorrow off work so didn't want to wait. So I went somewhere that had them in stock, only to find out that the tires from Big O Tires are actually snow tires, and I have been driving on them all year, which makes them wear down quicker!! Now when winter is over I have to have snow tires off, find somewhere to store them, and purchase yet another set of tires!!! Thanks Big O.......wont go back there again!!!!

Just flat out liars... I just got my car back after an oil change, and tire rotation. I know they did not rotate my tires - and now question if my oil was changed. I have one tire with a slow leak (left rear) and two days after I thought they were rotated, the same tire/same location had a low tire pressure warning pop up, so I know they didn't get rotated. What really ticks me off - I purchased a set of tires from this Big O Tire in early 2018 or late 2017. I took it back for oil changes and tire rotations 3 times over 10-12mos. I then started getting a loud noise from my tires, and when I took it back to Big O Tire they told me they were "cupped" & that it happens when tires are not rotated, and I should have rotated them. I had all my receipts from them, showing they supposedly rotated them. They just shrugged their shoulders, and there was nothing they could do. I told them I was going to contact Bridgestone to see what they could do, as the tires were less than a yr old. Then they told me they would replace/exchange the tires, since Bridgestone has a 1yr warranty. They recommended I put different tires on because of the cupping problem, and we decided on Michelins. After the tires were installed, I was given a bill of $200+. I told them i was just exchanging my old tires for these. Then they told me i could not get full credit for my old tires, as they had 8K miles on them & the Michelins we $30 more per tire, so i had to pay the difference. I now realize my 1st tires were fine - they just never got rotated / when i asked, and was told they were. Flat out lied to. I will never go back, and suggest you stay away too.

I've been going to Big O Tires for at least 20 years and they've always been prompt, fair and more importantly honest with all of my tire needs and mechanical issues during this entire time frame.

Service, extrordinare!!!: Been going to this store for about nine years for tires, and emissions & inspections, and licensing my vehicle. I also have family members that use this store for the same services. Always top notch!!! I do my own mechanic work and they always let me know if there's any problems. I had tire rack deliver tires to your store. I called the evening before my first visit to see if my tires had arrived. I let him know that I was coming from Park City and wanted to make sure the were there. He said they had arrived. I drove through a snowstorm and arrived at 6:55am the next morning. At 7:35 I was told that the tires had not arrived. The tires arrived later that afternoon. I arrived the next morning at 7am. The installed my tires,and I drove back to Park City. I decided to double check the tire pressures when I got home. Three out of four valve stem caps were only threaded halfway on. The tire pressures were- 47, 41, 39, and 36. Jefff Schultz 435.640.3748

I'm always greeted promptly when I come in and it's great that you guys have 2-3 people out front to be helping people, it feels very welcoming. Messed up a little.After Oil change on my Sprinter Van a warning light came on as I left on a road trip.After 3 stops I found a place on the road on a weekend that told me how bad that was to have too much oil.They removed 1.5 quarter!Could have blown the engine.I have photo's to upload off my phone showing how much oil was drained.Lost 3 hours on a family trip and $50.Planned on calling but perhaps this will help and hope for a free oil change next go around.

I sent my two daughters in to have their snow tires removed and the tires I purchased at Big-O on line, mounted. My daughters were a little nervous about going in without me but Big-O put them at ease and treated them with respect. Both cars were done and out in about an hour each. It was a pain-free process!

I had a new tire put on my front left side and immediately noticed squeaking/rubbing noises when I break. This was not something that was happening before I brought my car in. When I returned to replace my front right tire I explained the issue and asked them to check. Afterwards I was told the issue was my suspension and it could not be taken care of by Big O. I don't understand how something that ONLY happens when I apply the breaks could possibly by my suspension, and how my suspension all of the sudden is having issues that only coincidentally line up with my tire change. I was completely dismissed by the technician and treated like I was making things up. I will not be returning to a Big O tires and will be sure to relay this experience on all social media platforms and among my friends.

Nate and the guys at the Fort Union store always greet me warmly and get my vehicles taken care of as requested. They keep my business through their consistency, and their willingness to accept competitors' coupons, giving me the best price possible. On the other hand, the technicians are not all well-trained. I've had them forget to torque a lug nut on one wheel, lose a lug nut another time, and fail to reinstall the crush washer after an oil change. Also, when changing-over tires for the season, the air pressure is rarely correct or consistent from one tire to the next - they are almost always over-inflated.

Oil changes and new tires for the truck, I took advantage of the 100 dollars off and got my favorite tires for my truck. They know me by name and always go the extra mile this time they unclogged my windshield spray nozzle and didn't charge me anything.

The staff is always extremely helpful and pleasant.

On this visit I bought tires from Taylor W. He is always so helpful! Love this store!!
