The brake job turned out great last weekend. I was checking fluids and the windshield wiper fluid was missed with the oil change however.

I had a coupon $39.95 but I had a different kind of oil than what it said on the coupon along other services. Wish they would give me some kind of discount if I couldn't use that coupon. But they did give me some checks free.

Nate is awesome. He always takes car of us and gets our cars done in a very timely manner .Never tries to sell me anything that I don't need. Good Job Big O Team!!!

My alternator went out on the freeway. Had my car towed 25 miles to Big O. They had me back on the road in an hour. I thought my day was going to wasted dealing with the breakdown however, they had me back on the road quickly to finish the work day.

This was the third time using this location. There were a few hiccups but I will be back again.

I have been going to Fort union big o for over 12 years, not all experiences have been perfect, but all have been good to great. The sales people have always been courteous and taken care of my situations, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for service.

The first person I countered did not do what I wanted. I asked for oil change and tire check. I waited for abt a hour then was called. There was a miscommunication. I asked if I need to paid that guy said no. I was confused. I went to a different guy at the desk saying if I needed to pay then found out the oil change didn't happen. So that different guy at the desk had it changed. Gave me a discount for this mistake. That guy deserved a recognition for fixing that mistake. Thank you.

Fast, friendly & efficient. Consistently fails to reset my electronic tire sensor, though, even when specifically asked to do so. However, this is my only complaint.
