The regular maintenance on my car was done quickly, but the service associate had not reset the "Bring In For Maintenance" indicator message on my dashboard when service was complete. It was disappointing that I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to complete the task and no apologies for the error/inconvenience.

Big O put a water pump on our truck so quickly that we were able to go camping for the weekend.Thank you Scott!Great service!

Needed a new a/c compressor. Another garage would have done it a little cheaper, but we trust Big O to do the job well.

48 hours after purchasing tires for my teenager's car, one of the tires experienced a blowout. We returned to the Big-O store and within 20 minutes, they had replaced the defective tire with a new one and my son was sent on his way without any hassles. While I'm not happy about the defective tire, Big-O quickly and without resistance or excuses made it right.

These guys are great. I only take my cast there for a tire problem. I always check the tire pressure there and today I had a flat. They fixed it very fast and returned my car in perfect conditions. All employes are friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this location of Big o tires to everybody. They go above and beyond.

Even though I requested 33 psi in all 4 tired, your folks obviously didn't even use a pressure gauge. The pressure ranged from 34.5 to 37.5 psi. Safety, ride quality, tire wear and fuel economy are all adversely affected by improper tire pressure, as you well know.

This location of Big O has always gone the extra mile to give me great service. They often don't even charge me for diagnosis, and small adjustments. The most honest service center that i have ever dealt with.

Overall the experience was good, but I have to say I am turned off, by the very ignorant attitude from the guy at the front desk. The disdain that I experienced was uncalled for, and unappreciated. But the others, who I had limited contact with were very cordial and the work was done quickly and well.
