Big O Tires

I got there approx 3:30 on Friday afternoon - got right in - was great!!However - I did have a bit of a puddle on my garage floor after - not sure why - if it continues I will have it checked - could be from spillage when they were refilling???

Ken worked with me over the Internet, truck was delivered. The truck was ready when I arrived. Drove to Moab and the tires were great!

Showed up at noon. They diagnosed problem and had it finished in a couple of hours as promised. Kept me in the loop through good communication.

Terrific place! The manager Nate runs a great show! I have purchased 3 sets of tires over the years and have always been happy. Kudos Nate!!

Everytime I come in no matter if it's got tires, service, rotation, brakes the Customer service has been great. They listen to my needs and try to accommodate.

I've written reviews before about this store. I know the guys by name and they know me. Generally, I'm not a fan of "chain" stores but this Big O is the exception. Go here. You'll be treated well. What else can I say?

Got a bid on BF Goodrich and Big O tires for my truck. Purchased 4 Big O tires only after I was shopping online on the Big O website and discovered that there was a $100 off plus a $50 card offer. It would have been easier if your sales person quoted the sale at the time I asked for prices.

The only place I will take my vehicles, they are very friendly and knowledgeable!

I was told my oil change would take an hour - so I mentioned I had an appointment in an hour - he said he would see if he could get it done sooner and he did 15 minutes!!

Excellent customer service! I've been other places where customer service was pretty much non-existent, but at this place I had 3 people ask me if they could help me. Great job guys!! I will definitely be back to this Big O location.

Techs need to use a pressure gauge. Pressures ranged from 34 to 38 psi! It only takes a few seconds to do it right! Safety, fuel economy and even wear of the treads depends on correct and consistent air pressure!

We've been going to Big O Tires for years no one does it better!
