I was a walk in with no appointment; however, they promptly checked my car.They inflated the tires, so they all had the same pressure.They didn't see any nails or screws in the tires.They felt that all the tires had different pressure which set off the dash sensor.They reset the dash sensor.They were efficient and professional.

Service person was courteous and did not try to sell me something I did not need. Will go back

The service quality and knowledge are very good. Making an appointment is a wasted exercise for this store. My wife was going to wait but was told it would be at least 2 hours to mount 4 snow tires and align the car. She left and came back later. She was driven home and picked up but the group did not manage the expectation well. We needed to know up front that an appointment at that time would take several hours. We are new customers, having come from Firestone. This Big-O is convenient to our house and it would be nice if we can develop a great working relationship. Thanks Bill

This is the only place I take my cars for tires and service. The manager Nate, is always honest, fast and reliable. Crazy fast tire repairs.

We got new tires; one minor glitch was recognized by the staff who called and explained the issue, explained the remedy, fixed the problem and most importantly made it right and acknowledged the mistake with an apology. I recognize errors can happen and appreciate that it was acknowledged and repaired. That inspires more trust. Thanks.
