The Big O Tires on Fort Union in Cottonwood Heights is awesome. I've been using them consistently for over 10 years and they do not disappoint. Prices are reasonable and service exceptional. I really appreciate their commitment and friendship to me and my family.

Went in for an emissions and registration. They inspected my tires and also noticed I needed a rotation and had a nail in one tire. Fixed the tire and rotated them as well. Always professional, helpful and taking great care of our personal and business vehicles. Thank you Ken and all your staff.

This Big O is by far the best one in Salt Lake! They have all my past service reports and check to see if any warranty work can be done to save me money. Fast service and they send me a text when my car is ready. I'll be a customer for life!

I have gone into Cottonwood Heights Big O on 2 occasions, each time the guys have been super friendly and they have taken care of my car doing exactly what I asked for. I run across the street to the gym and my car is finished by the time I get back.

Bottom line: Great service provided by Morgan and also by Brett and Scott doing the work. Saved money by not replacing a part the dealership said was bad (it wasn't bad) and didn't need to put OEM parts on it. Appreciate the integrity, honesty and savings you all provided.
