I was very pleased with the work done. I was surprised the shop actually cleaned the wheels and dressed the new tires- never had that at other shops before. Work was fast and courteous and actually was less costly than estimated. Very favorably impressed overall.

Slow leak in one tire and tire rotation was needed. Big O tire has always stood by their warranty for repairs and rotations and are very courteous and make you comfortable
