A+ service all the time

This is the second time I've purchased tires at Tire Rack and had them installed at this Big O dealership. This store is a Tire Rack preferred installer, and it's clear to me why. They are pleasant, knowledgeable, and have never tried to up-sell anything to me. The only drawback is the store does not take appointments, but getting there when they open makes for a quick in-and-out, with quality service.

We have been customers since they opened and we have always had great service and care. I recommend them without hesitation and often do!

Last week I brought my car in to have the winter tires changed and I realized I needed my oil changed. Within an hour, they had everything taken care of and my car was ready for me to drive away. They are always so cordial and friendly beside being fast and efficient. Thanks Big O!
