I've been going to this Big O for over 13 years. They're always nice, friendly and have great follow through. Nate has consistently been fantastic.

Came in and asked where quick I could get service and was told right now.

I showed up with a tire repair and within 20 minutes it was repaired and I was on my way. I will be bring all my cars here.

Great customer service

I made the appointment online so I knew what I wanted and the price. However, I was asked to pay $40 more. I protested and the extra was taken off. It has not been explained why it got more expensive, what they tried to charge to it or an apology. Otherwise, the service was fast, they were ready for my car.

Every time I go in it's a great experience. I've gotten three nails in my big o tires and each time they either patched or replaced them without any questions. The service is always amazing, I recommend them every chance I get. Customer for life.

We have used Big O on Ft. Union for many years and they are fantastic.

My car was making a noise. I brought it in one other time and we were not able to find the problem. So this time when of the mechanics drove around with me until we could hear the sound. We were able to fix it and I was done in less than an hour. I am very happy with my service today.

My recent visit was for safety, emissions and registration. Nate took care of everything in a timely manner and as usual with great service. I take all my personal and company vehicles to the Cottonwood Heights Big O Tires for both tires and service, they never disappoint.

If I could marry a tire shop it would be Big O tire-Cottonwood Heights. Our partnership would be built on trust, grease and torque wrenches. It would be beautiful!
