Big O Tires

I have been a customer at Big O Tire in Cottonwood for over 12 years. Ken and all his staff are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about all there products and services. I really want to thank Ken. I went out to my car after work and noticed some very worn tires. I called Ken 15 minutes prior to them closing and explained to Ken the condition of my tires. He did a quick check of his inventory and had a set of 4 in stock and told me to come on down and they would get them installed. Amazing service and thank you Ken and all your staff. Paul

I am so impressed with the business that I have done with Big O. Everyone who works there is so friendly, helpful and they don't jerk me around like some other auto shops have. They honestly do the best work and make sure it works for my budget as well. So far I have had to get my brakes done on my Mazda, all weather tires for my Mazda and oil changes. For my Subaru, I just got a new set of the best snow tires on the market - the Blizak's. I feel confident and safe that my cars are well maintained and my tires are excellent. Thank you Big O for being the best neighborhood auto shop!

got in, got out and got everything done that I needed that visit. Had just been there previously for the annual snow-tire process and that went well also. Only thing was that we had to call to get the van; had been told they'd call us when it was ready, but after several hours, we called and they said it was all done. Maybe we had a wrong #?

I go to this Big O for all the service needs of all 4 of my family's vehicles and I have never been disappointed! The service is great, they are honest and fair about what needs to be done, very friendly... couldn't be happier!

Consistent service and expertise: Full disclosure: I don't use chain stores.I make an exception for this location of Bio O Stores because it does not "feel like a chain".I know these guys and more importantly, they know me.I have little doubt that they won't provide the same experience for you.These guys take care of all my vehicles.

My man Nate got me a great deal on the tires I wanted. He took the time listen to me and find out what I was looking for and then explained the differences between all the tires and allowed me the opportunity to make my own decision based on the detailed, accurate and relavent information he gave me. Purchasing tires is very important to me because it directly affects my family's safety while driving in Utah during the winter months, I'm grateful I can rely on Nate/Big O to keep my family safe.
