Been coming here for over 15 years it's the only place I will take my cars!

I walked in because my brakes were going... I only had that time, that day and had to wait. They took me right in, rushed the service and I paid less than expected. So great! Thanks!

They all seem to love to work there. They are always happy when I go in. They know me by name. They even remember things about last time I was there. They never make me wait even if they are helping somebody else, they acknowledge me and that I am there and everybody there is super attentive. When I pick up, same thing. Never a surprise. It is a good experience, and fun to see them.

You can count on the guys at Big O to be absolutely friendly,competent, quick and above all honest.

Light came on in the car for low pressure for the tire. Stopped in and they immediately repaired the tire.

I've been buying tires from Big-O for a different car for a long time. I know it might be a stupid little thing but the reminder sticker for a rotation is why i keep coming back. no need to remember, make a calendar item or rely on badly times emails (which i get from their competitor). They are nice, quick, and reasonably priced, although they are not the cheapest out there.

Gentlemen at the FOrt Union/Cottonwood Heights location are absolutely outstanding. Will not trust my truck with anyone else. I use Big O for all my servicing needs on my cars because I know the quality of the service they provide is unmatched! I feel like they know me every time I go in. My kids love going there because they have popcorn or fruit or something for them to snack on while we wait.
