Big O Tires

Morgan assisted me today with an ongoing problem that I had with our '96 Rodeo. Brent was the mechanic, and between the two of them, they determined my problem was a loose hose clamp on the power steering reservoir. I had had the power steering unit replaced at this location, and the first pump went bad, and had to have a second one installed. I was a little frustrated when a couple of days ago I found a large puddle under the car, and the reservoir nearly empty. I had been told that the line was leaking and that parts could not be gotten for this model year after the second pump had been installed, and so I was expecting a large bill. Morgan and Brent tracked down the leak to be in a non-pressurized hose, and were able to stop the leak...I have yet to verify, but have no reason to believe Morgan and Brent are wrong. Morgan relayed that Brent thoroughly tested for leaks before closing out the ticket...appreciate both Morgan and Brent for paying attention to the fact that the pump had been replaced and that prompted further investigation and locating the problem. And on top of that, I think because we had had problems before, there was no charge for the service. One would think that I would be dissatisfied that I had to return three times to get the problem resolved, but let's remember that we're all human and that it's sometimes difficult to find leaks of this nature because there are so many places they can emanate from. I appreciated their efforts to locate and fix the leak, and it's reasonable to say that we'll be back as we've been customers for the past 6+ years. Thanks Morgan and Brent!

Had an appointment for 4 new tires...got me right in but didn't have what the website said they had...was going to take 2 hrs. To get from the warehouse...they ended up giving me a better tire that was in store for the same price In and out in about 1 hour and 10 minutes! On a side note and no reflection on the branch, the website is misleading...when you chose your branch to shop you are assuming you are shopping tires "in house"� you are not...the website would be better if it listed tires in house and tires in warehouse, that way you could order the night before and they would be at your branch by your appt. time.

I took my car in for what I thought would be a simple brake pad replacement and it ended up being a lot more involved. I left my car, went on a hike and when I came back in, they recognized me and hurried to finish my car as quickly as possible so I wouldn't have to wait longer than necessary. These guys are always the best and I appreciate their professionalism as well as their friendliness. Thanks!

Got my tires this weekend. They are hard to find tires and Taylor got them there the same day and Ken and Tanner took great care of me and my car.

Fast and friendly: I have been 3 times in the last few months. They always greet you promptly and and very nice. Work is done in a timely manner. I like how they texted to let me know my car was ready. I didn't have to worry about missing the call.

I shopped carefully for the new tires that I wanted for my German SUV. I selected a brand and then shopped the two companies in town that carry this brand. I didn't get a very good impression from either as their prices were out of line. So I ordered my tires from ****rack and had them shipped to Big O. They received them, held them and then mounted and balanced them for a fair price. My vehicle rides beautifully and the Big O guys were great to work with. Thanks Big O
