Ken has been taking care of my family for 13 years now! He knows how to take care of people because he cares. His staff is great and I have never questioned the price of anything I have bought from Nate or Ken since day 1. They always understands my situation and help get it handled fast, which is what we usually need!

I have recommended numerous friends & colleagues to your store over the years because of the great customer service and overall service work oo the vehicles, etc...I bring into the store. With numerous vehicles, (truck, car, jeep and motorcycles) I call in at anytime to speak to someone regarding the mileage since my last oil change or how many miles are on the set of tires I bought a few years ago and any problems I am experiencing to get some great troubleshooting ideas and I always receive the help I need. They know who I am just by giving them my first name and I like that because I am old school and I still like a good handshake and working with someone in person.

Big O saved the day when I came to realize I needed my brakes worked on. They saved me at least 150.00, got the job done quick, saved me money where they could meanwhile doing an excellent job!

Went there 45 minutes before closing for an oil change and a rotation. "no problem" they said and I was out the door 30 minutes later. Nice work guys.

Ken and his team are FANTASTIC to work with. While their Big O Tires location is not the closest to our home, Ken and his team provide excellent service. Whenever they can handle any of our car issues, we take our cars to them. We've never been disappointed.
