Big O Tires

I'm always greeted promptly when I come in and it's great that you guys have 2-3 people out front to be helping people, it feels very welcoming. Nate has taken great care of all vehicles I bring there for 15 years, I send all my friends and family there because I know you guys will take care of them as well. Thanks!

I sent my two daughters in to have their snow tires removed and the tires I purchased at Big-O on line, mounted. My daughters were a little nervous about going in without me but Big-O put them at ease and treated them with respect. Both cars were done and out in about an hour each. It was a pain-free process!

The staff at the Fort Union location is over the top awesome. They always get me in and taken care of timely and I have never had a bad experience at this location, which is why I do not trust taking my Toyota 4-Runner anywhere else other then to this Big O location. Great job Fort Union Team.

Nate and the guys at the Fort Union store always greet me warmly and get my vehicles taken care of as requested. They keep my business through their consistency, and their willingness to accept competitors' coupons, giving me the best price possible. On the other hand, the technicians are not all well-trained. I've had them forget to torque a lug nut on one wheel, lose a lug nut another time, and fail to reinstall the crush washer after an oil change. Also, when changing-over tires for the season, the air pressure is rarely correct or consistent from one tire to the next - they are almost always over-inflated.

This store is close enough I can walk home if I need to drop off a car for service.They give us great, reliable service at a reasonable price.

The staff is always extremely helpful and pleasant.

I have been going here for years. I always use Nate Nickel. If I ever need anything done on my cars, from as simple as a oil change to replacing an A/C line, wheel and tires, timing belts to anything else. I know I can drop the car off and I will get the best price and best service. Talk to Nate and you will understand what I am saying!!!

I moved to the Cottonwood Heights area about 8 months ago and I was lucky enough to have a location right around the corner from me. I have been there 4 times now and the service and attitude of the guys that work there are amazing. They always deliver exactly what I need in a timely manner and help me out tremendously. I will go back to them a hundred more times and recommend them to anyone who needs help with a vehicle issue.

went in to have snow tires put on for winter...it was lunch time, they were busy and still got me in and out in 30 minutes!

I love the people at this store. I was told at another shop that I needed new brakes. I was not convinced since my vehicle did not have any signs of worn brakes. So I took it to Big O in Ft Union and they confirmed that my brakes were fine so a few thousand more miles. These guys are friendly, honest and perform great work! I totally trust them with all my vehicles.
