I avoided chain auto repair for 20 yrs because of the consistent mediocre repair results I received when I was in my 20's. My dad highly recommend Big O's for an oil leak that had just sprung up. I was expecting to be taken advantage of, but they found the oil filter was punctured. $75 wad my total charge...if I remember correctly. I've been a regular ever since, because they are consistently fair, skilled, and quick! Love them.

You can also see my previous reviews for more details. The guys at this store continue to be great and exemplify "personal" service. They always work around my schedule and make working on my vehicle (which I hate to do) very convenient. How many places can you go where "everybody knows your name"? Funny though, I know their names as well. If employees have been there for years, that tells you that its a good place to work and thus, a good place to do business. Ken, thanks for having a business that "adds" value to the community.

They are so great! They always take such great care of us. Whether it is an oil change, or major repairs. The manager, Nate, is AWESOME!

I went to have my car's oil changed and they did a great job! It was fast and they had the full synthetic oil I wanted. Taylor took care of everything and applied the coupon I forgot to bring in. Thank you so much!!!!

Battery lite on after battery replacement. This visit replaced the alternator.....lite now out. Finnaly success!! As always GREAT service.

We had a great experience at this Big O Tires! My mothers car has had issues these past couple weeks and we are recurring customers. Tanner was so kind as the counter and let us know all of the steps to fix her car. He even let us borrow a spare tire while hers was being ordered in. We had a coupon we forgot about, went back to the counter and he applied it to our receipt. Great customer service! We recommend this Big O Tires to everyone we know

I have been visiting this Big-O location for 8 years or so. During this last visit, my car needed normal tire rotation but I also had a vibration that needed investigation. Unfortunately, my Audi needs special tools to perform an alignment, which requres that the entire subframe be adjusted (Germans!) They spent quite a bit of time inspecting the suspension and looking for possible sources of the vibration, but they didn't charge me a penny. Totally free. I was told "if we can't find it, we're not going to charge you for it." That is what I call honesty.
