I had the best experience at Big O Ft. Union the other day when I bought 4 new stores for my Tacoma. Ken and Taylor were the best in helping me get the best bargain, and best tires for my truck. I completely feel comfortable that I was tend care of properly, and that if anything were or may go wrong, they will take care of it for me. I fully recommend BigO Ft. Union when you are ready for tires or service for your vehicle.

Brought my car in for smog/safety check and was told that I had only 2 quarts of oil left in the engine. For some reason, oil had been burning off. They filled my engine of oil as a courtesy. Outstanding service!

I ordered the exact Michelin tire I wanted and they retrieved them from the warehouse for the next day. They called me when the tires came in early because I was busy that day and had an appointment later that morning. Things worked out great.

Showed up 5 minutes before the store opened and they were ready to serve. Called me when completed. Car was ready when they said it was going to be

Went in for a LOF and to have the battery checked. Service was done quickly and battery was replaced so that I don't have to worry about not starting as the weather gets cold.

I came in with a quote I printed from you website. The tires I requested on the quote were not in stock. The man that helped me was able to get me a better tire for a little less than what my quote stated. The customer service is amazing at this store, knowledge and friendly. They also had my car done very quickly. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Came in to get a new tire after having a blow out on the freeway. Had noise in front of car. Told it was the axles . Came back next day to have them fixed. Not a long wait. Car functioning much better & more quietly.
