My wife went in to have the emission test done to get our car registered. Everyone was professional and polite. Work was completed quickly and then we found out that we could also complete our auto registration right at Big O. Thank you Ken to you and all your staff. We appreciate you and are thankful we have you to take care of our automotive needs.

This Big O location is the only place I take both my Jeeps for tires, alignments and, yearly inspections. Brady is the man when it comes to getting things done fast and right.

The service at Big O in Cottonwood Heights is always above and beyond my expectations. I have felt that genuine customer service and making sure our family vehicles are taken care of matters to Ken and his crew. Thanks!

I was a walk in with no appointment; however, they promptly checked my car.They inflated the tires, so they all had the same pressure.They didn't see any nails or screws in the tires.They felt that all the tires had different pressure which set off the dash sensor.They reset the dash sensor.They were efficient and professional.
