We have been taking our cars to Big O in Cottonwood Heights for at least 6 years. They are incredibly honest! I have never felt like they are trying to upsell me. There was time when we took our car in because we thought the brakes needed to be replaced. They found that they just needed to be adjusted a little bit. And they did it free of charge! My parents and siblings have had incredible service and honesty from them too! We are lifers!

Took my car in to have a noise checked out. They test drove my car to determine what the problem was. Had to order the part and we set up an appoint the next morning at 8:00am. They fixed it and it's running great. Always professional and very helpful. Thank you for great service and always enjoy working with you.

All Big-O's are not created equal! This Big-O is the very best and even though I live closer to other Big-O's, I'll continue to drive to Cottonwood Heights to this one! My daughter had a flat tire and Nate drove over to her work and changed her tire for her. They were so quick with the replacement, she was on her way with an alignment and the safely and security of new Big-O tires to last her for years! Thanks to Ken Jensen and the team for always taking care of my kids' cars and mine.

I was pleased with the service received. Your service writer was polite and well trained. I have only one complaint: every time I have the oil changed in my Subaru there is oil dripping on my garage floor.

I asked them to rotate and balance tires that came on my car when new, which they were happy to do. While performing the service, they discovered a big screw in one the tires and fixed it. Great service!

I liked being able to research my tires on line and have my questions answered when I came into the store, also booking an appointment online made life easier for me. Customer service is always great at this store, the counter staff is always helpful and friendly and upfront about time needed and any additional charges that may be incurred depending on what they're doing.

Ordered a full set of high performance tires from Tire Rack and had the set delivered to Big O Tires in Cottonwood Heights (Ft. Union). Staff notified me when the tires arrived, and advised the best time of day to get the tires mounted, plus perform a state emission and inspection service. Staff did a great job in doing all jobs, and even treated the tires with a protectant - tires look very sharp! First time experience with this particular Big O Shop, but will be using them again.
