The employees at this location are extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I always wait for my car to be serviced, and they treat every customer with respect. I will never go anywhere else!

This is the second time I've purchased tires at Tire Rack and had them installed at this Big O dealership. This store is a Tire Rack preferred installer, and it's clear to me why. They are pleasant, knowledgeable, and have never tried to up-sell anything to me. The only drawback is the store does not take appointments, but getting there when they open makes for a quick in-and-out, with quality service.

It is important to me to know I can trust people taking care of my car. I feel like Big O tells me honestly if I need something done and they tell me if it can wait a few months. They always take good care of our cars. I have recommended them to friends and family many times!
