Big O Tires

got in, got out and got everything done that I needed that visit. Had just been there previously for the annual snow-tire process and that went well also. Only thing was that we had to call to get the van; had been told they'd call us when it was ready, but after several hours, we called and they said it was all done. Maybe we had a wrong #?

Nate and Ken always do the best job on my vehicles! Tires went on my truck fast, and the alignment check was as well! No pushy sales pitch for stuff I never need, just them getting the job done fast and always the best prices! The guys in the shop always keep my stuff clean they are super friendly! By far the best Big O Tires in the state!!

As always the service was great, that's why Big-O is the only place I go for service on my vehicles. Very reasonable and finished earlier than promised.

Ordered tires on day one and they called the morning of day two saying the tires were in. Installed them by noon that day!

My man Nate got me a great deal on the tires I wanted. He took the time listen to me and find out what I was looking for and then explained the differences between all the tires and allowed me the opportunity to make my own decision based on the detailed, accurate and relavent information he gave me. Purchasing tires is very important to me because it directly affects my family's safety while driving in Utah during the winter months, I'm grateful I can rely on Nate/Big O to keep my family safe.

I showed up with a tire repair and within 20 minutes it was repaired and I was on my way. I will be bring all my cars here.

Great service by knowledgeable staff

I made the appointment online so I knew what I wanted and the price. However, I was asked to pay $40 more. I protested and the extra was taken off. It has not been explained why it got more expensive, what they tried to charge to it or an apology. Otherwise, the service was fast, they were ready for my car.

I drove 20 minutes across town from my overpriced dealer to get taken care of by the same guy I've been working with for 19 years - need I say more? :)

Every time I go in it's a great experience. I've gotten three nails in my big o tires and each time they either patched or replaced them without any questions. The service is always amazing, I recommend them every chance I get. Customer for life.

It was so nice to walk in and be greeted and helped right away. Staff was kind and helpful. They took care of me and had car ready when I needed to come pick up. I'll definitely be coming back!
