Ken and his team are FANTASTIC to work with. While their Big O Tires location is not the closest to our home, Ken and his team provide excellent service. Whenever they can handle any of our car issues, we take our cars to them. We've never been disappointed.

A vending machine would help provide a snack or drink while waiting.

Had an appointment for 4 new tires...got me right in but didn't have what the website said they had...was going to take 2 hrs. To get from the warehouse...they ended up giving me a better tire that was in store for the same price In and out in about 1 hour and 10 minutes! On a side note and no reflection on the branch, the website is misleading...when you chose your branch to shop you are assuming you are shopping tires "in house"� you are not...the website would be better if it listed tires in house and tires in warehouse, that way you could order the night before and they would be at your branch by your appt. time.

I took my car in for what I thought would be a simple brake pad replacement and it ended up being a lot more involved. I left my car, went on a hike and when I came back in, they recognized me and hurried to finish my car as quickly as possible so I wouldn't have to wait longer than necessary. These guys are always the best and I appreciate their professionalism as well as their friendliness. Thanks!

First time customer. Took my car in for oil change and to renew my registration, based on a neighbor recommendation. They took care of all paperwork. Handed me the renewal sticker. Quick and easy. All be back.
