Hey, I was going to drop a key after hours but a technician was finishing up and took my key with contact info. It was very helpful! I was hoping that I would be notified if I needed an alignment and if they were going to be able to do a transmission flush but the total wasn't more than I expected. Honestly we've moved to a different part of town and we still come to this store because of the knowledge, experience and staff.

I've been coming here for almost 20 years and they always treat me right! Thanks again guys!

Bought new Pirelli tires and drove to Ohio & back (4,000 miles). Don't know how this happens but the ride on the new tires seemed better than the original equipment that was replaced. Service was excellent.

went in to have snow tires put on for winter...it was lunch time, they were busy and still got me in and out in 30 minutes!

I love the people at this store. I was told at another shop that I needed new brakes. I was not convinced since my vehicle did not have any signs of worn brakes. So I took it to Big O in Ft Union and they confirmed that my brakes were fine so a few thousand more miles. These guys are friendly, honest and perform great work! I totally trust them with all my vehicles.

Quick service and honest staff. I drive an older car and was not given a huge list of expensive or unneccesary repairs. They stuck with the work (oil change) that was actually needed.

I have recommended numerous friends & colleagues to your store over the years because of the great customer service and overall service work oo the vehicles, etc...I bring into the store. With numerous vehicles, (truck, car, jeep and motorcycles) I call in at anytime to speak to someone regarding the mileage since my last oil change or how many miles are on the set of tires I bought a few years ago and any problems I am experiencing to get some great troubleshooting ideas and I always receive the help I need. They know who I am just by giving them my first name and I like that because I am old school and I still like a good handshake and working with someone in person.

I have been coming to this location for years. We recently moved farther away but I continue to come back again. I have always been given honest information and a fair price for services. My husband recently went to a different chain to change his oil, etc. because we had moved. He was completely disappointed in the other store and went back the very next day to Big-O
