I came in with a quote I printed from you website. The tires I requested on the quote were not in stock. The man that helped me was able to get me a better tire for a little less than what my quote stated. The customer service is amazing at this store, knowledge and friendly. They also had my car done very quickly. I would recommend this store to anyone.

They didn't try to oversell me tires. In fact they talked me into just buying 2 tires instead of 4 tires like I told them I though I needed. The service was very fast even though it looked like they had a lot of customers that day.

Came in to get a new tire after having a blow out on the freeway. Had noise in front of car. Told it was the axles . Came back next day to have them fixed. Not a long wait. Car functioning much better & more quietly.

I avoided chain auto repair for 20 yrs because of the consistent mediocre repair results I received when I was in my 20's. My dad highly recommend Big O's for an oil leak that had just sprung up. I was expecting to be taken advantage of, but they found the oil filter was punctured. $75 wad my total charge...if I remember correctly. I've been a regular ever since, because they are consistently fair, skilled, and quick! Love them.

I got a call to confirm my online appointment and was notified my tires were ready to install. I was assisted in where to park my trailer and received a text when it was done while walking around the area to grab a quick snack. Easy!
