Ken and staff treated me fairly on a tire issue I was having on my Boat Trailer by pointing out an alignment issue. I would have kept dealing with blow outs and wearing out tires if they didn't take the time to illustrate the problem. Although I wasn't expecting to buy a couple new tires, they saved me future expense and hassle by dealing with the REAL problem...alignment. Thanks Ken!
