Big O Tires

Big O is always very friendly, very fair and very knowledgeable. I have yet to have a bad experience, they always do what I ask them to do. I have been taking my work truck and all my families vehicles there for years and will continue to do so.

Steven is always super helpful and knowledgeable about many parts and systems in a vehicle.

The day after a huge snow storm I realized my new car had horrible tires for snow so I called Big O and of course they ordered some tires right away and got me in the next day! Winter tires for my Audi Q7 are not readily available so I was very excited and grateful for the fact that they were able and willing to get them so quickly! I've never had a tire store seem like they care as much about my family's safety as I do. Not only did they get my tires so quickly, but it only took 45 minutes to get them put on. They are so great at this Big O that I will never go anywhere else.

We have always like Ken Jensen's Big O location. He has great employees that treat us like we are part of the family. We used to live nearby, but have since moved a few miles away. Even though there's a Big O near my new home, I prefer to go to Ken's location. He's great!

I have been a customer at this Big O for years. I feel that they are trustworthy and never try to gouge me on prices or services. I've seen too many friends get ripped off at other places and I always recommend this Big O.

I love this particular Big O location. Ken, and Nate take great care of my personal vehicles, and my companies vehicles. I highly recommend the Fort Union Big O.

I wanted to thank you for your service today in repairing a slow leak in one of my motorhome tires. I did not purchase the tires there as they came with my motorhome. however your people found and repaired a valve stem leak and and would not charge me for this service. While I have been to your store before, you can be sure I will return again as I need to, and I will pass on to friends when talking tires about the service you provided me.

I love this Big O Tire so much! I am always greeted with smiles and a staff that is eager to get my car needs met! Even the owner was on site and jumped in to make sure everything my car needed would be addressed and as always my car was perfect when I picked it up and clean as a whistle too!

My experience with this BIG O is different. I live near Nate Nickel so whenever I need my vehicle or my wife's vehicle serviced I call him and arrange a day when he can take our vehicles up for us. I have never had to take my vehicle up there as Nate has always been willing to take it and let me use one of his vehicles so i can still get to work. Nate has been good to anyone i have sent his way whether they are my family or friends. I love this location because they allow us to charge it to the account and then pay it off when we can. This makes it nice when we need new tires. a couple months of 300.00 payments is better than charging 900-1200 to a CC. Nate is awesome and the Big reason we trust this location to service our vehicles.

I bought winter tires and wheels thru tire rack for my daughters Christmas present. You put them on- I live in Michigan- I tried to buy wheels & tires from your store but it was going to be a long wait- Tire Rack had them in stock.My daughter gets a lot of tire work done at your store. Thanks
