Always a very helpful staff

All Big-O's are not created equal! This Big-O is the very best and even though I live closer to other Big-O's, I'll continue to drive to Cottonwood Heights to this one! My daughter had a flat tire and Nate drove over to her work and changed her tire for her. They were so quick with the replacement, she was on her way with an alignment and the safely and security of new Big-O tires to last her for years! Thanks to Ken Jensen and the team for always taking care of my kids' cars and mine.

I was in a hurry and needed a new battery. they said they were very busy and it would be an hour wait. So I said I would leave and one of the associates said he would come out to my car and change it right away which he did and I was a very happy man. Thank you

I was pleased with the service received. Your service writer was polite and well trained. I have only one complaint: every time I have the oil changed in my Subaru there is oil dripping on my garage floor.

Customer service is excellent!

I asked them to rotate and balance tires that came on my car when new, which they were happy to do. While performing the service, they discovered a big screw in one the tires and fixed it. Great service!

Ordered a full set of high performance tires from Tire Rack and had the set delivered to Big O Tires in Cottonwood Heights (Ft. Union). Staff notified me when the tires arrived, and advised the best time of day to get the tires mounted, plus perform a state emission and inspection service. Staff did a great job in doing all jobs, and even treated the tires with a protectant - tires look very sharp! First time experience with this particular Big O Shop, but will be using them again.

Sales staff was very knowledgeable. Offered many tire options and was very helpful with selecting the tires that would benefit my vehicle the most. Was very happy with the way everything turned out.

I've had tires delivered to Big O to have them put on my vehicles before. I expect a great mount and balance and I got one, in a timely manner.

Quick and easy. No difficulties in checking in and the price was as advertised.
