Big O Tires

I had my regular front tires taken off, and replaced with my snow tires. Maybe i'm mistaken but i believed that if the tires were bought from "Big O" there would be no charge. Am I correct, or am I thinking in error? Thanks, Phil

I was treated with extreme courtesy and professionalism. Everything was done great with all my special requests being attended to and even overseen by the store owner. They have always treated me so perfectly, I don't really even consider other shops at this point, because I have never been treated so well anywhere else. And prices have been equal or less to places that I have compared against.

I needed my emissions test done and they said it was going to take 30min. and I barely finished my bagel and logged into the wifi and they said it was done. I love when places under promise and over deliver. Great job thanks guys!

This location is fantastic. They do a lot of business, but are very efficient, so I never wait long.Their prices are sometimes higher than other places, sometimes lower, but I've always received great customer service here, so I will always come back here to do business for tires.

Very efficient in getting work done. Also very thorough in confirming the services I wanted completed. Work was done and original tries were bagged and placed neatly in the trunk

My front bumper pulled away from the the car after bottoming out on the ice piles. I was afraid I needed a whole new piece. Big O came through as usual and fixed it. You guys are the best....

We have been taking our cars to Big O in Cottonwood Heights for at least 6 years. They are incredibly honest! I have never felt like they are trying to upsell me. There was time when we took our car in because we thought the brakes needed to be replaced. They found that they just needed to be adjusted a little bit. And they did it free of charge! My parents and siblings have had incredible service and honesty from them too! We are lifers!
