A nail was in the sidewall of my tire and Big O Tires ordered a new tire and replaced my tire with same day service! They were quick, friendly and efficient.

Responsive, quick turn around. Affordable repair done in good time frame.

My car was in a collision and in the process the rims were badly badly damaged ando needed replacing. After a frustrating week of no luck searching for rims that would fit and in-stock, I called Big-O in North Orem. Right away Keller was not only great, but STELLAR! He was helpful and efficient in locating options and getting them quickly (1 day!). Thanks Keller and Big-O!

We have been to Big-O Tire in Orem on several occasions. Our most recent visit was to the new location off 800 N in Orem. The service was excellent and Scott Payne took very good care of our needs. We had an alignment and tire concerns and he was very helpful. Scott was great at helping both my son and I understand the issues our car had and offered several solutions to fix the problems. We will definitely continue to return to Big-O as our needs are always taken care of in a timely and cost effective manner.

I've been dealing wtih 703 North State Street in Orem since 1986

They took time to understand what I wanted and then filled that need.

We bring all of our service trucks and trailers to the north State Street location for all of our tire needs, as well as brake service and other odds and ends as opportunity arises. We are ALWAYS treated very well. Once the staff even reminded us of warrantied work that we had forgotten about, and honored that warranty, even though they could have easily gotten away with billing us for the work. That speaks of integrity! These are some good guys to work with, and I recommend them.
