Noticed our tires on our Highlander were getting worn down, stopped in at Big O and bought new ones. Awesome customer service and we were out in half an hour!

I was grateful for how close the shop was to work, and the staff all treated me awesome! Jones and Kevin really owned the whole process and you can tell they go above and beyond to provide great customer service!

I dropped in with a rather large bolt in my tire. Your staff promptly repaired the tire and when I asked what I owed, he put his hand out and said "one of these"� - a handshake. He then said have a happy holiday and sent us on our way. Bothe my wife and I were very touched by the spirit of this simple act of kindness in this season of giving. Way to go Big O!!

Because was easy for me to understand the price and the process. Also, the front desk was honest about the time to wait there giving me the exact time.

Unless my needs for my 2 vehicles were not a service that you offer, I would never go anywhere else than to your store at 703 N. State Street in Orem, UT. Brad Payne is the best store manager I've ever encountered and when he is not there anyone else does as excellent a job as he does. Everybody treats us in the best possible way and you have my loyalty until I stop driving my car or truck! Thanks so much for your excellent work!

Trevor, at the Orem Utah State street location was very friendly and helpful. He made great tire recommendations based on the travel I’ll be doing for work in the winter. I was also impressed with the customer service I observed other customers receiving from the other Big O employees. The location was clean, and the service was done quickly. I’m really grateful I went with this company for my new tires and brake services!
