I brought in a tire that had gone flat while driving down the freeway. I knew that the tire was going to need to be replaced and told that to the person at the service desk. He immediately got my car into the service bay and had me fill my portion of the warrantee paper work. All in all I was there about 25 minutes with the new tire on my car. I was very pleased with my visit.

When my tires were rotated they accidentally broke off the tip of one of my Tire Air System indicators. They tried fixing it but couldn't. I came back in on Monday and they fixed it. Very grateful they went the extra mile to make it right.

I have been to your store several times this past year or so for tires, brakes, tire pressure monitoring system and flats. Every time Ive felt very welcomed and given full attention by the staff. One night Jason even stayed after hours to make sure my new tire pressure Sensors were calibrated correctly. It was being stubborn. I was very happy with the service before leaving. This past week my wife got a flat tire and Robert fit us in and had it repaired it in a timely manner. Keep up the great work!

I had a flat tire in Tremonton at 7:05pm I drove to Tremonton BIG O Tire where Jason Robert & Shane had just locked up for the night. When I explained my situation that I live in Smithfield but work in Tremonton they didn't hesitate to help me out get a new tire put on when they saw the flat tire had been ruined by a piece of metal (it helped that my tires were from Big O & under warranty so my replacement tire was free) but I am truly indebted to Shane Robert & Jason who voluntarily with a smile on their faces stayed after hours and opened back up to make it possible for me to get back home last night 07/06/23. I took my van in for a tire rotation and to make sure I didn't have a slow leak. They took care of it while I was at the Trick or Treat on Main Street.

We got in early and was able to sit and wait for it to be completed and the people running the front desk were good to communicate the inventory of their tires and explained the warranty and everything else that came with it. Was able to get in and out fairly quick and got a very deal on all four tires definitely would recommend this location to others

As a widow o have used them for years. The always desk how things are going and give me excellent service. I can not remember while waiting for my truck of any person being dissatisfied. This time I could not get back before they closed, they called me and then put the truck in a bay till the next morning.

Great experience with the front desk person, I cannot remember his name. I look forward to coming back.
