Always happy to go to my Big O.

Steve worked with me over the phone to address the issue. He worked with the shortcomings on my end and got the job done in incredible time. He also came to pick me up during a snowstorm so I could retrieve my vehicle. Above and beyond service.

Big O in Tremonton has always taken great care of me, whether for my personal vehicle, RV tires, or my fleet vehicle. I was a little bit disappointed by the associate's attitude inside. Stating something like, "I'd like to just tell them all to **-off, and then walk out the door." My previous interactions with other associates never indicated any kind of unfriendly or negative work environment. I don't know if the associate was simply having a bad day, or may not fit with the culture in this particular branch.

They were fast and friendly.

Taylor was extremely helpful with everything. Did think it was a little pricy because I can have the same thing done at another Big-O for $60 instead of $95.

I stopped in to see if I could get my tires rotated. They got me in and did the service quickly even though I didn’t have an appointment.

All of those in the front office have been great. I have had interactions with Larry, Jason, and Robert for many years, and they have all been great. Jason is awesome, he has completely changed my opinion of Big-O as a place I can trust. Sometimes those who work in the shop are not as clean or careful with my vehicle as I would like, but I understand the economics of being price competitive and the ability to retain skilled workers, can be a challenging balance. For knowledge and helpfulness, there is no where else I would go. FYI: Question #3, if you start greeting me at my car, or trying to get me to sign up for a credit card, it would only lower my opinion of Big-O. This visit was to get an alignment done, so that was already on the table.
