I loke the people that r at this location. I trust the services that r being done correctly and I don't trust many places

I have been getting tires from BigO West Valley for years. This time, I was putting large tires on a car, along with new wheels with different diameter, width and offset. My calculations showed that they should fit, but I was not 100 percent certain. I wimped and called them and told them to switch to a smaller size that I knew would fit. Mel offered to test fit them if I brought the vehicle over, which I did. I ended up getting the bigger tires, and after a bit of fiddling, they are working. I am very happy that BigO was so helpful in letting me test fit the tires. Thanks to Mel and the crew!!

When I was quoted a price it was actually less expensive than the quoted price they were great and kept me informed of the process

The only problem was that the lady at the desk didn't even look up my account to see what I usually have done or ask my name. Luckily, I kind of knew and told her to do the high mileage maintenance.

This is the only location I go to! The service at the West Valley store is unmatched. They get me in and out quickly, they took the time to help me pick out great tires for my car AND took care of my oil change and brakes. Everyone at the front counter is very friendly and has always made it a fun experience. Even though I have other locations closer, this one is worth the drive!

Mel and Craig are amazing take great care of us and I will highly recomend them to any one they don't screw people over like leschwab does these guys actually care

I have always received good service and I can trust them to be honest with me.

Everyone was very helpful and kind. They went out of their way to help me. They did a very good job. It was difficult to find the problem with the car vibration, but they found it and fixed it faster than I thought they would. It also was a very good price for all the time it took. My overall experience was great!

My battery died and when my car got to their shop they got me right in and replaced it right away. Also very kind to answer my car questions of any kind, even about cars that I am thinking of buying! It is much appreciated!!! Thank you!

Great service!!!: My check engine light came on and I usually wait before worrying about it. But I had Big O replace the alternator a week before and thought I should have them look at it. They looked at it and said it was the catalytic convertor. They were able to replace the next day. I was somewhat shocked because of the price, but I've never had major problems with my 12 year old Toyota and it was better than a car payment. I hope this is the last major thing it needs.
