They were able to get us in quickly and diagnose it. They had to order parts so it took a day to get it finished, but that’s okay.

What are the owners, Troy took time to get involved personally, took me into the shop after the other customers had gone, and explain things with his mechanics and help me understand the alignment report and gave me good solid advice. Hiram, one of the technicians that was working on my vehicle, he spoke up also and gave me some good honest advice of what he would do if he was in my shoes as well as did Troy and Parker, and Isaac. They went above and beyond to teach me and help me understand things and why I need to replace my struts, they got me right in and got both my truck tires rotated in my cars two tires replaced and we called them this afternoon, so they were very efficient and very friendly and personable to work with everyone at the location ..

WE would return there but we live in Missouri. We noticed brake problems at Great Basin National Park. We tried getting into anyone in 3 towns and no one could. So, we tried Big O Tires in Richfield. The gentleman that answered the phone was so kind and immediately said no problem we can get you in. We made a comment that we were 1 hour away. He said not a problem when you get here, we will get you in. We arrived they took us right in and it was done in an hour. They even gave us a spot to unhook our camper. We didn't even skip a beat on our trip across country. Thank goodness, for Big O Tires, our next part of the journey was mountains, so we made it safety. Thank you so much for all your hospitality and service. Highly recommend their service to anyone.

Friendly knowledgeable get you in and out quick. Always clear explanation of what they did to your vehicle. Warn you if they would change tires or need other things looked at.

I went in for a simple oil change, the same thing I have had done on this car 10+ times at my local Big O in Idaho! Right off the bat they didn't tell me a price, so I thought they were going off the price in the system for my car! I go to pick up my car and it was double what I normally pay for an oil change! I brought this up with the manager and he refunded me the difference after having my big o in Idaho email me my last oil change! The manager Cal, then made it seem like it was my fault for not showing the receipt from the beginning even though I didn't know the that they were up selling me until I had to pay! He said if you are gonna beat us up about price or price match, at least show us the price up front, we'll Cal you should have told me the price up front! I didn't think I would have to price match against another big o store! Never going to this Big O again!

Whatever type of service I need, they jump right on it and do a great job. They always let me know of any problems and what those problems are as well as giving me options for how to correct that problem. They are super friendly, fast and thorough.

I hate big o tire, they ripped off my old tires they were supposed to get rid of, and sold them for a profit, they tried to sell me used tires that were 10+ years old, and I saw them fix multiple flat tires with punctures in the sidewall! Big o tires is the cheapest place I've ever done business with.

They fixed my headlight an hour before closing and where done in a half hr. Even though it was pricey they did an incredible job and got it done very quickly. Thanks big O in Richfield Utah
