Big O Tires

Very accomidating. They always seem to be able to make time for you.

It was quick. It was the cheapest place I can find. Customer service is great there.

I blew a trailer tire 70 miles away from the closest town, which was Richfield, Utah. I walked into the store about 10 minutes after they closed on an extremely hot Saturday night. Although I know the workers were anxious to go home to cool off and enjoy their weekend they were very considerate of me and my situation. Troy found the tire and rim I needed and got me on my way. I was so impressed with the kindness and positive attitude of Troy and his staff. Especially since I had tried another tire shop down the road earlier and they were rude and offered me no help. I will now get all my tires and services done from Big O. Troy and his employees took care of me during a tough situation that could've been much, much worse had they not been so willing to help. He even gave me his cell number in case I ran into any more issues that night. I'll also pass along my experience with my family and friends and recommend Big O for any service they offer. And anytime I'm driving through Richfield I'll stop in and say hi. Thanks!

My wife and I were travelling I-70 when we had a large piece of metal puncture our tire. We pulled into Big-O and they were not able to fix our punctured tire. Our local Big-O in another town was closed at the time so there were issues of getting information on the tire warranty in that manner. The Richfield Big-O gave us a used tire so for free and put our spare back on the vehicle. They even looked at the other tire that was hit by metal, taking it off the vehicle and ensuring it was safe. We were able to get on the road again quickly and got a new tire the next day. Thank you for all your help

Calvin did everything I asked.He even brought me home and then delivered the truck back to me.The balanced the tires under (a load) and they seemed good except still getting vibration.Will contact the store to see what can be done.

The associates who work there are always very friendly and courteous. I am always greeted when I walk in, and I never have to wait to get help. I know some of these guys personally and I think they are great.
