We were recently up deer hunting and had to come into Richfield to bring a deer down when we noticed our truck had a fuel leak. Stopped by Big O Tires because we noticed a mechanic was on duty. They looked at our truck and told us they would not be able to fix it until Tuesday, It was Labor Day Weekend. Troy - the Manager, offered their Big O truck to use for the rest of our weekend and to take our family home in Northern Davis County. They fixed our truck and we went back and delivered them their truck and got ours. We were so shocked that people did that. The staff were extremely helpful and some of the nicest, honest guys I have ever met. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone passing through or in the Richfield area. Great guys!!!!

I love Big O

The owner and his son were so helpful. We had run over an object and all 4 tires were flattened. We had "run flat" tires so we were able to drive to the store. We called first and the owners son put a set of 4 tires on hold and had us ready to go when we arrived 10 minutes later. We were traveling home from Colorado and they moved us to the head of the line to get us back on the road fast. While we waited, the owner recommended a great place to have lunch and even offered us a loaner vehicle. They were professional and very courteous. We felt like we were being taken care of by good friends. I can't think of a better experience and we were so thankful to them for their help.

I was visiting in the Cortez,CO area, picked up a knife blade in or around Mesa Verde National Park and went to Big O to try to buy a replacement tire. The owner and all his employees went well out of their way to put on four new tires, balance them and check the alignment. Their kindness and professionalism was greatly appreciated.

I came in with a tire that Walmart said was in repairable and a coupon from a different store. Your team not only honored the coupon but repaired my tire. I am so grateful. I love you guys

They were very friendly, fit us in super fast and didn't take very long at all to do our service.

I was a walk in customer needing AC service. Our vehicle was seen promptly, the system recharged, and we were on our way in about 90 minutes. The customer service was great, and we were even offered a car to use.

Chayden was able to get me in right away and get the job done before closing. I don't like paying anyone for mechanical jobs in my vehicles, but I trust them with my vehicles and they are always accommodating.
