I came to Richfield, UT from the East Coast for the Rocky Mountain ATV Jamboree in mid-September. I had the misfortune of slicing one of my ATV tires on Wednesday. I stopped by the local ATV dealer hoping to buy a single stock tire, but they didn't have any in stock. I had been planning purchasing a new set of tires "� but not until next year! So we headed on over to Big-O tires "� they were a Main sponsor of the ATV-JAM event and had been pushing tire sales all week! And of course, they had a full set of Big Horn tires that would fit my ride. The salesman not only took my order, he personally JUMPED right on the 4 Big Horn tire swap in the shop so I could get back on the trail ASAP. We were less than 2 1/2 hours from the time of the flat to back on the trail including a 30 minute truck/trailer ride each way! My only concern that I had was the pricing of the tires compared to other tire dealers "� sometimes others will take advantage of a bad situation"�here we are on vacation with an issue that we can't fix without throwing money at it (4 new tires)"�we really didn't have a choice. Well, once when I got home, I checked on pricing of the tires from Big-O compared to several other outlets"�..Big-O's price was very comparable "� even beat out several internet suppliers!!!! They treated me fairly and all the staff that helped get me on my way were 1st Class!!! If I'm ever in Richfield again and have any tire or automotive needs, Big-O will be my 1st stop"� Nice job! During the 2017 ATV Jamboree, I lost a tire and wheel on my toy hauler. Big-O fixed me up in very short order. This however was just the beginning of my experience with Big-O. The 1st. day of the ATV Jamboree, I sliced a side wall on my ATV tire. Big-O did not have the 14" rim size tires that I needed in stock. As I was to leave the next morning on the Mountain Man Marathon for 4 days, I was in a bind. The manager at 5:00 PM in the afternoon, called Salt Lake City and had 8 tires delivered to their shop overnight. As I was to leave at 7:00 AM the next morning, the manager and another employee came in at 6:00 AM and installed 4 new tires on my ATV. I made the Marathon on time by 7:00 AM. Now that's going way out of the way to help a stranger in need. THANKS Richfield BIG-O.....You guys are AWSOME!!!

Got what I needed done at a reasonable price at a reasonable speed

Excellent Service, it was the least expensive place i could find my tires and the sale came with Full Guaranteed Warranty Including Any Flat and $25 for Brand New Tire if Flat needs New Tire, as long as i got the Free Tire Rotation Done Within 3 to 5,000 Miles per rotation time. I had to use this flat $25 thing, once already, so that saved me $85+.

It was easy to schedule. They gave me a great deal on the tires. They were quick getting my vehicle done. Nice place to sit and wait. I actually ended up paying a little less than they quoted me over the phone. Everyone wad friendly.

I was broken down and they were able to help me immediately.

My truck was making a terrible noise. I stopped by on Friday. They told me to stop by on my way home. I stopped on my way home on Tuesday 06/25/19 10:30am. Cal the manager took me in right away. He found out why my truck was making the noise & fixed it. Yes it turned out to be a small problem. But he got me in & out in no time & to top it off, he didn't charge me anything. Big shout out for Big O. Thank

Service technicians reviewed my tires and informed me of tire life. After the alignment job the technician took the time to explain what they had to do and made very informative suggestions about what I could do in the future to help my car to continue running well on my existing and new tires.

Had to have a small tire replaced on a wood splitter. They are really difficult to do so. They explained the price and had the item in stock and the service was about a half an hour quick than estimated.

Had a blowout on the highway, called and talked to Trent. They had tires for my truck on sale . Arrived about 1 hour before closing.Intalled and out the door 15 minutes after closing time. Awesome customer service that alot of other businesses could learn from. Again Thank you Trent and your team.
