Everyone was great. I marked 1 on the questions because they are #1(best) in my opinion. They do need to clean the window in the waiting room.

Service technicians reviewed my tires and informed me of tire life. After the alignment job the technician took the time to explain what they had to do and made very informative suggestions about what I could do in the future to help my car to continue running well on my existing and new tires.

Had to have a small tire replaced on a wood splitter. They are really difficult to do so. They explained the price and had the item in stock and the service was about a half an hour quick than estimated.
