I am always greeted with friendly attendants behind the counter. At the end of January 2016 Big O put new tires on my 1988 Chevy C-1500 pickup truck. At the point of payment at the counter there was a problem with my account. Big O allowed me to drive away without payment. I phoned Big O a couple of hours later and drove back the same day to pay half and then made the second half early the next morning. I began using Big O in 1991 and they have always treated me well. Did not come in with an appointment, and they were ready to service me with anything that needed to be done. We’re very kind and friendly to me made sure I had the exact tire I needed for my car.

When the mechanic watches me pull up to the bay and immediately walks toward the trunk making a statement like "had a bad day" and said it with a smile like he could and would help, I knew I was in the right place.
