I’ve always had a good experience at Midas in North Reading. I’ve taken all my cars there with various issues and all were fixed to my satisfaction and the staff is always friendly and informative. I can’t say that about other places! And the pricing is always reasonable. I am always thoroughly satisfied with the work done here. Bravo!

I explained that I needed my work done in a timely manner due to my back pain and the Mang. Estevan made me very comfortable and had my job done as quickly as they could. I am very pleased with the new Manager and his crew. I will be comming back every 5000 miles for my oil change and what ever else I need done that is not covered bye my warrenty. This location is not near my house but I drove there because they were able to get the tires I wanted in a reasonable time frame. Estafone was super helpful and explained pricing and availability accurately. The car was ready before the time promised, which NEVER happens.

Sean and his technicians were great. They were incredibly busy but still took the time to coordinate a time to fit me in, explained what was happening with my tires - my rims were old and a larger width than the tires, so it took more time than expected, but the team continued until the job was done and kept me updated every step of the way. Wonderful experience overall and I got a great deal on a new set of tires. Thank You for such excellent service!
