The sales associate at the front counter was knowledgeable and patient and always kept me abreast of what was going on with my car.

this shop has been so helpful to me since i was 18. i never felt pressured to do anything that i didn?t need to or like i was being taken advantage of. i will continue to come here

Both the employee that made my reservation the day before and the one who met me for my oil change were both very courteous and professional. The employee at the desk when I arrived explained the pricing, and asked if I had any questions. I felt that the customer service was great! My service was completed in a timely manner, and the guy at the desk thanked me for bringing my car to Midas.
