I tried to schedule an oil change at a Midas closer to my home by filling out an online appointment request. They never got back to me to confirm the appt. I filled out a new request with Midas in Feasterville Pa at 925 Street Rd and got a phone call within ten minutes to confirm the appt for the next day. It was great. It turned out I was the first customer early the next day. It worked out great.
