Both staff members were very helpful, courteous, and came across as trustworthy. All things I look for in my mechanic. I didn't feel like they were pushing me to approve extra services just because they wanted money from me. They explained their recommendations without talking down to me or "man-splaining." Overall - one of the best mechanics-shop experiences I've ever had outside of taking my car to members of my family for maintenance.
