Peter fit me in as soon as I called for an Oil Change, even though they were swamped with many customers there. Mike (the Mechanic, who hsd been there for years) is the most Top-Notch Mechanic I have ever known and I trust him, and his work, unquestionably. Mike is the reason that I have my Wife, Son (who lives in Derry), & Daughter (who lives in Hudson) go to MIDAS in Plaistow. My Daughter trusts Mike's work so much for the last 3 years (when she lived in Jaffery), she drove from western NH to Plaistow because of the Trust she has in Mike's work and ethic.

The associate was very nice when I arrived. When the service was almost completed, he advised me of service I would need within a few months. He did not try to pressure me into getting service that I didn't need, and that is what will make me go back there again.

I find that the staff was knowledgeable and professional. I was especially pleased that they do not try to upsell and are honest in in their recommendations. My dealership recommended new tires and brakes severak months ago, so I brought my car to Midas to have tge work done. Peter O had the car checked and told me neither needed to be done at that time. He told me to come back in the spring, which I did. I got the tires and adked to check the brakes. The brakes still don't need to be done. I appreciate the honesty that the Midas of Plaistow provides to their customers.
