Friendly tech that explained things clearly to me. Great work and great attitude!

Even though the pricing of my service (parts/labour breakdown) were not clearly communicated, I had a price range in mind and this came in under the upper limit. I was also in need of the service so I didn't want to spend much time shopping round. I chose to have the service done and from that moment timing, updates, etc. were clearly communicated. The waiting room was small but very clean. My vehicle was serviced earlier than expected, but the customer service representative (Sean I believe) let my car sit right out front while my 7-year-old daughter and I finished a card game for fifteen more minutes. My car now starts with ease and some of the electrical problems I was having are no longer an issue. Given the proximity to my home, ease of scheduling, and satisfaction with my service, I am likely to visit this establishment again for future car troubles.

I had an appointment and they took me earlier right away I was only there about 20-25 min . The service writer George J Brown greeted me as I came in by first name and got me all set up then while my truck was being serviced he talked to me the whole visit

Excellent employees. Explained everything in detail. Informed me of service recommendations that needed to be completed soon. Location was clean. Waiting area was clean and comfortable.

Sean and Nick were so helpful! They filled my washer fluid for free on the spur of the moment and wouldn?t even let me leave a tip!! I?ll definitely Be back! Great experience!

This was by far my best experience with auto shops. I was in and out easily and in a timely manner. They were very friendly and professional the whole time. I really enjoyed their service and I will be back for whatever I need next. They didn?t push repair

Great customer service and quick work

The desk person was very nice and polite and I felt comfortable with him. Most of the time, as everyone knows, Mechanics are a major rip offs. Also saying this is broke, that is broke, but never shows the customer any broken parts. This is every where. Not just Midas.

The staff made me promise to put my vehicle first being that I broke down out of town. They had me up and running the next day!
