I came in with a car in need of repair. I was away from home visiting relatives, which is the ONLY reason I said it is unlikely I'd go back there. The work was done the same day, with good communication. Considering it is an old car, it is even more impressive that it was repaired the same day. Ralph was very easy to work with. The only disappointment was that I tried to schedule on line, but did not get a call back about the appointment. I called to get the appointment, which was very efficient
