I love the guys at the Midas in lumberton nj they are amazing friendly and very helpful

They explain what they did in the time they did the rear brakes service. The people were friendly and I even got a coupon off my brake service.

Provided clear explanation of work to be performed. The tech did his own check to make sure car ran better. Very pleased with service. Will continue to use this shop.

I phoned to confirm they had the battery I needed one day before the appointment I made for brake replacement. They confirmed immediately which was load off my stress. Pricing was discussed in detail before proceeding with the work. Everyone was personable, upbeat and friendly which I greatly appreciated. A spring on one of the brakes didn't sit properly and I had to come back, but instead of arguing with me or telling me it had nothing to do with the work done (which I've had the unfortunate luck to have experienced) they took care of the issue promptly and without any attitude. The professionalism and respect was very much appreciated. I am new to the area and will be using Midas for my automotive needs going forward.

FIRST OFF I AM NOT A FRIEND OR FAMILY TO ANYONE AT MIDAS OR AFFILIATED WITH MIDASI have previously allowed 3-4 other well established shops work on my 99 Explorer & 97 F-150 over the last 8 years. They have been well maintained but constantly needed to be

Nick was analyzing help, not just to me, but several others there AT THE SAME TIME! We did have a snag, but it was fixed so easy that it wasn't even that big of a deal. Most places make you feel unwelcome, this place was not that. I won't be going anywhere else for my service.

They fixed what was broke and didn't replace 2 catalytic converters that were still good.

Nick is amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the parts needed for my car and kept me up to date with everything going on.

Everything about the experience was what I would expect. No issues with the facility or personnel. The only thing I wish a repair shop would do is offer their oil changes at reasonable prices. Get us in there for a good value, make a little money on the oil, and develop that trust/relationship. Then when we need something larger we would feel comfortable coming back. Everyone knows it's hard to find a mechanic you can trust. $85 for a synthetic oil change doesn't start that relationship very well. If I can purchase the supplies for $30 I know a business is paying much less. Again, get us in there for a good price for a very basic oil change and keep us coming back by pricing it at $50. You still make $ and later make much better margins on all the other services.

Norm was very helpful and explained everything clearly. He not only found an issue (my tires being dangerously damaged), but he even took the time to show me the issue so I could see it for myself.
