Nick and the crew are very professional and expert at diagnosing problems and presenting solution options. They were very communicative throughout the process and explained everything in layman's terms.

I stopped because I thought I was having a brake problem but wasn't sure because I had only had the vehicle for about a month. I did not have an appointment. The manager said he would assess the problem for me while I waited; he heard the noise I heard. He found the problem, explained what it would take to correct it, told me a price and then although it was late in the day, he called for the parts and said they could fix it while I waited. It was costly, but justified as he clearly showed and explained the pricing. I am very satisfied with the fix. I was very impressed that they were able to do the work while I waited since I did not have an appointment.
