As always, the personnel at Midas is professional and friendly. They scheduled for the very next day to get a new battery. The cost of the battery and labor was reasonable, and less than a quote from another shop.

I dropped the car off on a Thursday without an appointment for a courtesy inspection.I received call back later that day with an estimate of charges for work that needed to be done and the car was finished and ready for pick-up on Friday

The work that was scheduled was done exactly as I had booked it. In addition to oil change, tire rotation & coolant service I requested a brake & rotor check to troubleshoot wheel vibration. Work was completed in less than the 2hr I was expecting. Full explanation for brake & rotor work that was needed was reviewed including price for the work. I booked the next service appointment within a reasonable time & date for service that was compatible with my schedule.
