I’m from Buffalo NY and my son attends Stony Brook University in Long Island. His car was in need of some major repairs so he went to the local dealer. After the car sat there for two weeks and we received no help or communication from them we had him take the car to Midas in Centereach Long Island. From the very start they communicated and had our best interest at heart. Store owner Tom even went to the dealer to retrieve a part they neglected to give back to us. Store Manager Tracey (who was always pleasant) kept us up to date during the progress until completion. They even drove my son to and from his residence. After my son paid and left, Tracey found his credit card on the ground. She called us immediately and kept it safe until he came back. Dealing with this long distance problem was easier with Tracey and Tom. I highly recommend Midas for everyone’s future auto needs.

Came in wit a tire going flat close to closing time. Office staff talked to manager and they were more than willing to help solve my problem even though it was past closing.... Worked to get my spare down from under the track bed and put on the car.... To my surprise they didn't charge me as the flat couldn't be fixed... Overall KUDO's to all

I purchased new tires and was told I needed a wheel alignment. I went online to Midas late morning on a Saturday and scheduled an appointment and someone called me back minutes later and told me they could fit me in if I dropped the car off. I was very surprised to be able to get in last minute on a Saturday, but they got me in and told me they were giving me a $40 coupon on top of it. Very pleasantly surprised and appreciative. My first impression was a very good one and I will be back when I need service on my vehicle!
