Customer service was poor. They forgot oil change paperwork to show what was done and the status of my cars health, etc. Im never going back to this Midas location.

There are charges on the invoice that were not clearly discussed. There was no discussion as to what parts should be fitted on the vehicle. The shop was not able to work with my insurance as previously hoped.
